Greg Martin is President of Dovetail Insurance and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, service and product delivery.
An industry veteran, Greg began his career at Marsh & McLennan where he moved through progressive assignments in placement, client relationship management, and office leadership. His previous experience includes Willis Group Holdings Plc, where he developed and led Willis’s global Client Advocacy function, and Zurich North America where he managed strategic broker relationships and projects.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Eckerd College, a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, and has completed executive development programs at Harvard Graduate School of Business and MIT.
Daniel Beatty is Dovetail’s Operations Leader responsible for driving continuous improvement in company processes.
Dan’s background spans a unique combination of insurance, consumer goods and technology. Prior to Dovetail, he held global sales, strategy and operations positions at AIG and Mercer. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in production and operations with Harley-Davidson, Johns Manville and Northrop Grumman.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh, a doctorate in Strategic Management from the University of Maryland, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Fordham University and Rutgers University. Dan is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Dan Bradley is Finance Manager at Dovetail Insurance, responsible for financial management, reporting and strategic analysis.
Dan brings a broad range of experience to his role, beginning his career at Liberty Mutual as a commercial underwriter, which then transitioned into a financial planning and analysis role. He has held financial management positions in insurance, consumer products, consulting and distribution industries, with experience focusing on M&A, marketing and growth strategies.
He earned an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a specialization in business analytics.
Marketing & Communications
Starr Crusenberry is Marketing Leader for Dovetail, responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications for the firm including digital marketing, UX/UI, branding, media relations and events.
Prior to joining Dovetail, Starr spent 10 years with Victor O. Schinnerer & Company where she was instrumental in the development and management of integrated digital and traditional marketing and communications strategy throughout the organization. She began her career as a senior marketer with OneMain Financial and has also been a reporter for several regional publications.
Starr holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and New Media from Towson University.
Leisha is Customer Support Leader for Dovetail. She is responsible for managing all service center functions, training and underwriting. She is focused on strengthening agent and carrier relationships through exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining Dovetail, Leisha spent 25 years in the Travelers Personal Lines call center where she developed extensive management experience across various departments including underwriting, sales, service, processing and managing virtual service teams.
Leisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from Empire State College, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She also holds a South Carolina property/casualty license.
Sales, Distribution & Relationship Management
Jennifer Northenor is Sales, Distribution & Relationship Leader for Dovetail, responsible for agency and carrier engagement, retention, growth and profitability.
An industry veteran, Jennifer has over 25 years of experience across brokerage, insurance carrier, and claims adjusting firms. She has also held senior leadership positions with Wells Fargo Insurance, Crawford & Company and Zurich Financial Services. Prior to that, she held various senior leadership roles for Marsh.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Risk Management and Insurance) from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. She also holds Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
